We're going to start with something simple.
Read this first before utilizing this relaxation exercise.
Close your eyes and slowly take a deep breath. Hold it very briefly, release your breath slowly while counting to yourself silently 1,2,3,4,5.
Repeat a few times, clearing your mind of all outside thoughts.
Over time the silent counting can stop and be replaced with a completely clear mind.
The time releasing and controlling your breathing can also be increase over time.
